Alleged Fentanyl Dealers, Others Indicted: County Court Roundup

Merrimack man indicted for unemployment compensation fraud, Nashua man indicted on theft charge, and Hudson women indicted on drug charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Gwendolyn Stinson, 37, of North Grover Street in Foxborough, MA, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, crack cocaine, and Oxycodone allegedly on Aug. 23, 2017, in Nashua.

Timothy Sullivan, 53, of Camp Sargent Road in Merrimack, for felony unemployment compensation fraud for allegedly knowingly failing to disclose material fact in order to obtain or increase a benefit payment for himself in 2013.

Nicole Trebby, 27, upper left, of Shelley Drive in Hudson, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly in Nashua in September and October 2017.

Denis Velez, 36, upper middle, of Cherry Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing cigarettes from Walgreens in Nashua on Nov. 23, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in January 2009, and January 2015.

Shivam Yadav, 36, upper right, of Highland Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of criminal liability to burglary. On July 25, and July 28, 2017, Yadav allegedly aided John Barbuti Jr. by providing transportation to and from Lilac Blossom and SkyVenture in Nashua.

Joshua Vandal, 31, lower left, of Cedar Street in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine allegedly on Oct. 12, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of controlled drugs; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2014.

James MacKerchar, 43, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for habitual offender allegedly on Concord Street in Nashua on Oct. 27, 2017.

Danielle Marshall, 27, lower middle, of Dugout Road in Hudson, on four felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges allegedly in July and August 2017, in Nashua.

Allan Martin, 39, of Pierce Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-second offense allegedly on Oct. 27, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in July 2010, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Damien Martini, 34, lower right, of Woodland Drive in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent allegedly on Oct. 26, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent in March 2015, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
