Nashua Drug Dealer Faces Cocaine Dealing Charges: Court Roundup
Man indicted on fraud, perjury charges; felon indicted on burglary, weapon, other charges; Merrimack woman indicted on Milford drug charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Craig Cunningham, 23, of Westland Avenue in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Wire Road in Merrimack after being deemed a habitual offender on Dec. 15, 2021.
Paul Chagnon, 27, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check drawn on another person’s account in Hudson for $2,275.12 on Sept. 16, 2021.

Donald Charest, 24, of Concord Street in Nashua on two felony sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense, cocaine, charges, on June 8, and June 22, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2019.
Bryan Day, 52, of Trafalgar Square in South Barre, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving dangerously in Mason, crossing over a double yellow line, and into oncoming traffic, nearly causing a collision on Aug. 21, 2021.

Kristopher Dery, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of cashing a fraudulent check for $3,274.63 and altering a check by changing the amount of money from $311.67 on July 26, 2021.
Rebecca Descoteau, 30, of Indian Rock Road in Merrimack on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 6, 2021, in Milford.
David Dion, 34, of no fixed address in Hooksett on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on East Hollis Street in Nashua on May 6, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender.
Kyle Doherty, 34, of Arlington Street in Nashua on possession of fentanyl, driving while certified as a habitual offender, burglary, felon in possession of a deadly weapon-throwing knife, operating after certification as a habitual offender, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Lowell Road in Hudson and stealing items from Walmart on Nov. 6, 2021; he was accused of possessing the knife during a burglary on Richman Road in Hudson on Oct. 29, 2021; and he was accused of driving in possessing the fentanyl on Oct. 7, 2021, on Oban Drive in Hudson.
Richard Duff, 62, of Dawn Street in Nashua on insurance fraud and perjury charges, both felonies. He was accused of defrauding American Insurance Company of $18,096.37 by filing a false claim on June 10, 2020, and then lying during a proceeding before the New Hampshire Department of Labor in November 2020.
Jeremy Dziura, 35, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. He was accused of presenting a forged check for $5,462.72, the property of JRL Electric, to Enterprise Bank on June 16, 2021, in Nashua.
