Nashua Man Indicted On Gun And Drug Charges: Superior Court

Nashua man indicted on 9 reckless conduct charges; Concord woman indicted on felony theft charge; man accused of attempted rape in Hudson.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Richard Frias, 29, of Patterson Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge, accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on June 16.

Jeremy Gadue, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua on three felony duty to inform charges. He was accused of failing to report to Nashua police where he lived on Oct. 9, 2020, and April 9 and that he did not move to Virginia on July 21.

Jan Garcia-Rivera, 20, of Autumn Lead Drive in Nashua on nine felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of working in concert with another by firing a gun into a stop sign at Fifield and Taylor streets, a parked vehicle and homes on Fifield Street, and a fence and homes on Taylor Street on March 4.

Denny Genoa, 33, of Broadstreet in Nashua on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and indecent exposure and lewdness charges, both felonies. He was accused of grabbing the genital openings over the clothing of one person, while pleasuring himself, and of pleasuring himself in front of a child on Sept. 25, 2018, in Hudson.

Sylvain Gilbert, 51, of Long Avenue in Nashua on organized retail crime enterprise and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of working with others to engage in numerous thefts in Nashua on April 24 and retaining stolen items from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Harbor Freight in Nashua on July 14.

Patryk Henry, 25, of no fixed address in Nashua on two counts of felon in possession of a weapon — a .38 Smith & Wesson Bodyguard handgun and a Smith & Wesson Shield 9 mm handgun, two counts of felony possession of a controlled drug-alprazolam, crack cocaine, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-clonazepam, fentanyl, a felonies, on June 30 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug and theft charges in Hillsborough County in March 2018.

Stephen Hudon, 51, of Pleasant Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge, accused of driving on Central Street in Hudson on May 14.

Aaron Johannes, 40, of Main Dunstable Road in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge, accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on April 6.

Robert Allen Kean, 40, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of presenting an invalid check at Hobby Lobby in Nashua on Nov. 7, 2020. Twice before, the indictment said, he was convicted on theft charges in Portsmouth and Rockingham County.

David Lamoureux, 32, of Mountain View Street in Nashua on four counts of theft by unauthorized taking as well as organized retail crime enterprise, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Nashua between May 9 and June 24.

Samantha Lavoie, 38, of North Spring Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Nashua on April 21. Twice before, she was convicted on theft charges, according to the indictment.

Steven Leclair, 45, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine-dextroamphetamine charge on July 7 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug charge in August 2019 in Hillsborough County.
