Nashua Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, Manslaughter Charges After DWI Crash: Court

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Cory McDaniel, 30, of Beaulieu Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking, forgery, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of receiving more than 20 checks owned by another and drawing $12,370 from a Santander account between Aug. 1, 2020, and June 23, 2022, in Hudson.

Christopher Mcenaney, 32, of Orleans, MA, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon-an ax and possession of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol with intent to distribute on Feb. 16, 2020, in Nashua. He is a felony due to an intent to distribute drugs conviction in Barnstable MA Superior Court in April 2015.

Charles Namiot, 51, of Newbury Road in Manchester on 12 possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute charges, Pristi, cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride, gabapentin, tizanidine hydrochloride, prazosin hydrochloride, ziprasidone hydrochloride, desvenlafaxine, amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, buprenorphine hydrochloride, and marijuana, on June 4, 2022, in Merrimack.

George Palazzo Jr., 54, of Old Coach Road in Nashua on two manslaughter and two negligent homicide charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving drunk and colliding with a motorcycle on the Daniel Webster Highway and causing the death of two people on Sept. 17, 2023, in Nashua. Michael Peters, 43, of Schaefer Circle in Hudson on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun in a Hudson residential neighborhood on Oct. 4, 2023.

Benjamin Phillips, 37, of Maple Street in Pepperell, MA, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 18, 2023, in Nashua.
