Cross Border Initiative Leads To Charges Against 26: State Police
Plus: Raymond man faces DWI charge after Route 101 crash in Epping as well as DUI and other arrests across New Hampshire.

CONCORD, NH — A Raymond man was arrested on a drunken driving charge after a crash Saturday on Route 101 in Epping, according to New Hampshire State Police. At just before 12:45 a.m., troopers were sent to a report of an accident near Exit 6 involving a single-vehicle with possible ejection. Epping police and firefighters were also sent to the crash involving a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck.
Timothy Shallow, 20, of Raymond, was driving the pickup on the eastbound side of the highway when he lost control of the truck, rolled it "multiple times and entered the center media at which point it came to an uncontrolled rest," according to Lt. John Hennessey of Troop A.
"Shallow was ejected from his vehicle and was found lying beside it," Hennessey added.

Shallow was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital. A 20-year-old passenger, also from Raymond, suffered no serious injury.
"As a result of this investigation, it was determined that distraction and impairment by alcohol were contributing factors" and Shallow was charged with driving while intoxicated, Hennessey said. He is due in Brentwood District Court on April 21.
