Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, Meth Charges After Route 106 Crash: Court Roundup
Northwood woman indicted on robbery Concord charges; habitual offenders indicted; Queen City man indicted on Bow counterfeit money charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Philip Sparacio IV, 36, of Hunters Village Way in Manchester, on negligent homicide, negligent homicide-driving under the influence, first-degree assault, controlled drug act; acts prohibited- methamphetamine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth with intent to sell, five aggravated driving while intoxicated, and six second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Route 106 in Loudon and causing a crash with injury and death. Martha Stanley, 23, of Denmark Drive in Northwood, on robbery and accomplice to robbery charges, both felonies. She was accused of using physical force and pushing a woman to the ground to obtain unauthorized control of a cellular device belonging to another person and attempting to aid another person in committing such a crime on Sept. 24, 2024, in Concord.

Michael Totten, 29, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of punching another man inside the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on Sept. 10, 2024.

Brentt A. Trudeau, 32, of no fixed address in Contoocook, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Dodge Hill Road in Henniker on Oct. 31, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in December 2021.

Christopher C. Voorhees, 31, of Old Greenfield Road in Bennington, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 south in Bow on May 29, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Sean B. Walker Jr., 28, of Ray Street in Manchester, on reckless conduct and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving in a dangerous manner, crossing into the opposite lane, causing a collision, which resulted in a rollover, in Bow on Nov. 27, 2024.
Mark Yeskis, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Cumberland Farms in Concord on Jan. 27. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2004 and Plymouth District Court in October 2006.
Gregory J. Zieroff Jr., 40, of Mast Road in Manchester, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of creating counterfeit $5 bills and using them at the Circle K in Bow on Nov. 13, 2024.
A Cheshire County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Joseph D. Frazier, 42, of Washington Street in Henniker, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was released on bail after being charged with burglary and then was accused of failing to show up for a dispositional hearing in Cheshire County Superior Court on March 13, 2024.
Justin Cecil Cole, 32, incarcerated in the New Hampshire state Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Jan. 30 in Keene.
Dylan Cuddihy, 24, of Willow Street in Manchester, on four felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing videos on Nov. 11, 2020, while in Cheshire County.
Kelly Gobin, 51, of Alexander Avenue in Newport, on possession of meth and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, in Hinsdale on Dec. 8, 2024.
