Hudson Man Indicted On Nashua Riot Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Derry man indicted on attempted child rape charge; Nashua man accused of threatening others with a sword; ID fraud indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Juan Betancur Garcia, 22, of Allds Street in Nashua on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of possessing a Social Security card he purchased with a number assigned to another person on Dec. 7, 2023, in Hudson.

Tyler Blanchard, 37, of Richman Road of Hudson on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and alprazolam, on Sept. 26, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in February 2023.

Anthony Boykins, 23, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson on riot and attempted riot charges, both felonies. He was accused of assembling with two or more people to engage in violent conduct on West Hollis Street in Nashua where vehicles and a building were damaged on Aug. 16, 2023.

Michael Brady, 56, of Central Street in Derry on a felony attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of attempting to rape a girl between Sept. 1, 1997, and Sept. 1, 2020, in Hudson.

Daniel Brawer, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 6, 2023, in Nashua.

Gilberto Ortiz-Rodriguez, 39, of Dale Street in Nashua on two felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of pointing a katana sword at the head of a woman and threatening to kill her with it and the head of a second woman on Nov. 11, 2023, in Nashua.

Kristian Skoda, 26, of Bedford Street in New York, New York, on felony identify fraud and theft by deception charges. He was accused of posing as another to obtain two iPhones from Best Buy in Nashua on July 14, 2023.

Alexis Soucy, 20, of Cady Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with Hudson police on Sept. 30, 2023.

Michael Taliadoros, 30, of Kristin Drive in Derry on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, cocaine and fentanyl, in Pelham on Aug. 4, 2023.

Sebastian Tavarez, 25, of Beech Street in Manchester on a felony driving after certification as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving north on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Oct. 13, 2023.
