Dracut Felon Indicted On Meth, Fentanyl Dealing, Weapon Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Bedford man indicted on Merrimack threat, gun charges; Hudson felon faces mischief, weapon possession charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Robert Johansen, 40, of Frederick Street in Dracut, Massachusetts, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-anabolic steroid trenbolone, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, falsifying physical evidence, and three pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, a Bowie knife, a switchblade, and a machete, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the steroid and weapons on Jan. 17 in Hudson. The drug distribution accusations were from an incident in Hudson on April 13. Johansen, according to the indictment, was previously convicted on possession of a controlled drug in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2009, making him a felon.

Derek Lennartson, 52, of Pine Street in Nashua on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on May 1 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in August 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Shawn Marro, 27, of Goshen Drive in Bedford on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening a rideshare driver in Merrimack on Feb. 23 by saying, “I have a gun,” or words to that effect, and accused of manipulating the handgun while intoxicated in the vehicle.

James Menento III, 37, of Derry Street in Hudson on criminal mischief and felon in possession-credit card knife while on bail. He was accused of kicking an anti-theft device in half at Walmart in Hudson on May 23. Menento, according to the indictment, is a felon due to an indecent exposure and lewdness conviction in June 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Anthony Monbleau, 31, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony count of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl in a syringe on April 6 in Nashua.

John Monteiro, 39, of Marblehead Street in North Andover, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and tampering with witnesses and informants, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a Ruger firearm from a Hudson home between April 22 and May 2. Monteiro was also accused on May 3 of attempting to induce the victim to falsely tell the police the gun was missing, not stolen, and located later.

Christian Noury, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon-knives charge on April 11 in Hudson. He is a felon due to a robbery conviction in September 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Nathan Oak, 20, of Cheney Drive in Hudson on a felony possession of meth charge on April 26 in Nashua.

Edward Oakman, 75, of Parkhill Road in Benson, Vermont, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing various stamps from another person on April 16 in Nashua.
