Hudson Man Indicted On Reckless Conduct Gun Charge In Merrimack: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Fernando Alvarez, 34, of Nutt Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing and hiding the drug between his buttocks to impair an investigation on Dec. 10, 2022, in Nashua.

Robert Ayles, 40, of East Main Street in Tilton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 3 in Nashua.

James Barbera, 53, of Shadowbrook Drive in Hudson on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun, near others, on Jan. 11 in Merrimack.

Sierra Blackwell, 19, of Trolley Car Lane in Londonderry on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, trazodone, morphine, diazepam, and clonazepam, on Sept. 16, 2022, in Nashua.

Jesse Bridger, 36, of Heritage Village Drive in Nashua on second-degree assault and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling one person and threatening to kill another person with a knife on Jan. 8 in Nashua.

Jose Castacio, 46, of Blossom Street in Nashua on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a Taurus 9 mm on Dec. 12, 2022, in Nashua after being convicted on a felony receiving stolen property charge in Hillsborough County.

Ashley Christopher, 38, of Depot Road in Mason on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 17, 2022, in Hudson.

James Clement, 40, of Phyllis Avenue in Burlington, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 17 in Nashua.

Ryan Coleman, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a revolver on Jan. 22 in Nashua after being convicted on a domestic violence charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in 2021. Christopher Cota, 41, of Warren Road in Hudson on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of terrorizing an intimate partner, threatening to kill her, with a butter knife in Hudson on Nov. 26, 2022.

Nicholas Crawford, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a switchblade knife on Nov. 13, 2022, in Nashua. He is a felon due to a drug conviction from March 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
