Nashua, Merrimack Men Indicted On Rape Charges: Superior Court

Plus: Hollis man accused of pointing a gun at a cop; Pelham teen indicted on aggravated DWI charge after crash; numerous drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Scott Lebaron, 63, of Silver Lake Road in Hollis, on a felony criminal threatening charge. On April 22, 2019, in Hollis, he is accused of pointing a firearm at a police officer.

Kyle Lloyd, 19, of Patriot Drive in Pelham, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. On Dec. 1, 2018, he is accused of having a blood alcohol level of more than 0.08 when driving a vehicle on Russell Drive in Pelham, crashing into a parked car, and severely injuring himself.

Omar Lopez-Rosario, 40, pictured lower right, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between Jan. 1, and May 5, 2015, he is accused of raping and sodomizing a teenage girl in Nashua.

Patrick Maynard, 45, of Syracuse Drive in Nashua, on felony operating after certification as a habitual offender on Amherst Street in Nashua on July 23, 2018. He was certified as habitual offender in December 2002.

Andrew Millward, 67, lower center, of Forest Road in Wilton, on a felony criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl on April 11, in Nashua to an undercover police officer.

Noe Moran Contreras, 26, lower left, of South Hall Street in Manchester, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He is accused of raping a woman in Merrimack on Dec. 25, 2018, and April 3, 2019.

Jeremy Oliver, 29, of Orange Street in Manchester, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on May 9, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in 2012.

Miguel Perez, 38, upper right, of Curtis Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, fentanyl on April 13, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for controlled drug acts; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2015.

Stephen Pierce, 25, upper left, of Hemlock Lane in Merrimack, on felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl on Nov. 21, 2018, to an agent of the Hillsborough County Street Crimes Task Force in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on controlled drug: acts prohibited in September 2012, in Merrimack District Court.

Frank Pineault, 42, upper center, homeless, on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, meth felony charges on April 1, in Nashua.
