Amherst Man Arrested On Stolen Property Charge: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Cory A. Bergeron, 19, homeless, was arrested on July 11, 2019, on a driver's license prohibitions and driving after revocation or suspension.

David John Murray, 49, of Veterans Road in Amherst, was arrested on July 10, on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge.

Odalis A. Santana, 36, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 2, on domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Cody J. Duval, 28, of Haines Street in Nashua, was arrested on a capias warrant on July 2.

Jeffrey David Noel, born July 1989, of Iroquois Road in Nashua, was arrested on July 1, on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges as well as violation of a city ordinance-prohibited acts in a park or playground.

Samantha Marie Wortman, 29, of Concord Street in Nashua, was arrested on a capias warrant on June 30.

Taylor D. Iannone, 23, of Sixth Street in Nashua, was arrested on June 29, on two domestic violence-simple assault and two resisting arrest or detention charges.

Armando Alamo Nieves, 46, of Pine Street in Nashua, was arrested on June 29, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Peter J. Hartwell, 43, homeless, was arrested on June 28, an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment.

David Joseph Martin, 36, homeless, was arrested on June 27, on eight electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.
