Cable Access Employee Indicted On Assault, Evidence Charges
Vermont men indicted on theft, weapon charges, Hampton woman indicted on bad checks charge, Mass. residents indicted on theft, drug charges.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Timothy Shaw, 33, of Route 105 in Newport Centre, VT, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking as well as two counts of simple assault. The charges stem from an alleged incident involving power tools and kits at Home Depot in Salem on Jan. 10, 2017.
Justin Sherman, 30, pictured upper left, of Mansion Road in Dunbarton, for felony receiving stolen property allegedly on Jan. 27, 2016, in Derry. Twice before, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of theft charges.

Dean Shores, 40, of North Willard Street in Burlington, VT, on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and forgery, both felonies, as well as carrying a firearm – a .40 caliber loaded pistol – without a license and disobeying an officer. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Dec. 16, 2016, in Salem, after he gave a a state police stopped a fake New York ID card.

Tylor Soukone, 31, of Hemp Hill Road in Bristol, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent allegedly on May 24, 2016, in Londonderry. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of a drug charge.
Amanda Tappan, 29, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 1, 2016, in Salem.
Joan Tew, 63, of Lafayette Road in Hampton, for felony issuing bad checks ($1,800) allegedly on Sept. 17, 2016, against a Northeast Credit Union account in North Hampton that had sufficient funds.
George J. Walker IV, 26, of Adams Pond Road in Derry, for felony habitual offender as well as possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Jan. 5, 2017, on Floyd Road in Derry.
Richard Webster, 26, of Burrill Avenue in Methuen, MA, for felony theft by deception. Between Sept. 20, and Oct. 19, 2016, he allegedly exercised control of more than $1,000 from Piercing Pagoda in Salem by reprinting receipts and creating the impression that he was completing a return to steal the cash.
James Welch, 24, of Cottage Street in Wilmington, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 28, 2016, in Salem.
Matthew Wiechert, 27, pictured center left, of Wilson Road in Portsmouth, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – a purse – allegedly on April 18, 2016, in Portsmouth. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.
Christopher Williams, 42, pictured center right, of Main Street in Newmarket, for felony falsifying physical evidence, simple assault, and disorderly conduct. On Oct. 20, 2016, in Newmarket, he allegedly altered, concealed, or destroying video footage of a public meeting, grabbed a person’s hands while attempting to take a sign from that person, and breached the peace.
Brooke Wilson, 33, of Mooney Street in Farmington, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and false report to law enforcement – giving a false name – allegedly on Nov. 20, 2016, in Portsmouth. According to the indictment, she has previously been convicted on another charge.
Mark K. Wright, 54, pictured right, of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on Dec. 27, 2016, in Seabrook.
