Mass. Man Accused Of Attempting To Bite Derry Cop’s Finger, Drug Possession: Rockingham County Indictments

Derry man faces rape charge; Epping thief indicted on new charge; elderly Brookfield and Hampstead drivers face deadly weapon indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Eric W. Jones, 39, of Norman Drive in Derry, on receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, and theft of lost and mislaid property, all felonies, and all committed while on release. On Nov. 21, 2025, he stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Home Depot in Salem and obtained the credit card, cellphone, and license of others in Derry, according to indictments. Jones was also accused of retaining the cell phone, credit card, and license of the others in Salem on Dec. 13, 2025. At the time of the charges, he was out on bail from the Candia District Court.

Damianos Kazakides, 40, of Bean Road in Fremont, on conduct after an accident and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving at a high rate of speed through an intersection and being involved in a crash with injuries in Epping on Oct. 16, 2025, and not stopping.

Elizabeth Morgan Kenney, 45, of Trahan Street in Manchester, on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine in Londonderry on May 28, 2025.

Dustin Troy Koocher, 26, of Turkey Hill Road in Newburyport, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl, possession of oxycodone, possession of MDMA, and possession of clonazepam charges, both felonies, as well as simple assault-extended term, attempted simple assault-extended term, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs, slapping the wrist, and attempting to bite the finger of a Derry police officer on Sept. 20, 2025.

Susan K. Kostandin, 71, of Wheelwright Road in Hampstead, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. She was accused of driving recklessly and striking a person in Hampstead on Aug. 17, 2025.

Julie Ann Lambert, 31, a homeless woman now located in Salem, on a felony delivery or articles prohibited charge. She was accused of possessing fentanyl in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Sept. 11, 2025.

Heather Marie Lewis, 35, of Souhegan Drive in Merrimack, on two felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. She was accused of driving dangerously, at approximately 100 mph, while being pursued by police, on Jan. 14 on Nashua Road and Route 102 in Londonderry. Steven Derek Lynch, 37, of an unknown address in Londonderry, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing the possessions of three people in Salem, valued at $1,000 in one instance and more than $1,500 in two other instances, between Aug. 13 and Aug. 31, 2024.

Kevin Tyler MacDonald, 29, of Apple Tree Drive in Goffstown, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of driving away from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport on Dec. 11, 2024, with a 2024 Hyundai Tucson belonging to Avis.

Timothy John MacLean, 44, of Pleasant Street in Epping, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe’s between Dec. 23 and Dec. 24, 2025, in Epping. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.

Maura Lisa McLaughlin, 64, of Roberts Road in Brookfield, on conduct after an accident and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies, as well as conduct after an accident-misdemeanor. She was accused of failing to immediately stop after a crash with injury on the New Hampshire Turnpike in Northwood on Aug. 23, 2025.

Myles Lucien Melim, 20, of Fordway Extension in Derry, on a felony count of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping a woman on Nov. 8, 2023, in Derry.
