Lawrence Man Indicted On Salem Dangerous Weapon Charge: Court Roundup

Plus: Dover thief indicted on Portsmouth theft charge; man indicted on North Hampton theft charge; bail jumping in Salem; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Nicholas Alain Cote, 42, of Windmere Drive in Raymond, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Nov. 8, 2024, in Derry.

Nicole Renee Covey, 37, of Portland Street in Rochester, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of retaining another person’s debit card and stealing merchandise from Walmart on May 1, 2024, in Seabrook. Previously, according to the indictment, Covey has been convicted twice before on theft charges.

Anthony Michael Deangelo, 33, of Washington Street in Brookline, Massachusetts, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of destroying a glass pipe in Brentwood on Nov. 7, 2024, to impair an investigation.

Carlos Ramon Delacruz, 30, of Bernard Avenue in Lawerence, MA, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving a Honda Civic at a high rate of speed while nearly striking a police officer was standing beside the car in Salem on Nov. 8, 2024.

David Peter Demirai, 43, of County Farm Road in Dover, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Goods in Portsmouth on June 6, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Demirai has been convicted on theft charges twice before.

Patrick Douglas Dunigan, 37, of Cypress Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and operating after certification as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving in the Nouria parking lot on Sept. 20, 2024, in Salem after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in August 2012.

Aaron Matthew Duvall, 40, with a last known address of Beechstone in Portsmouth on a felony possession of psilocybin and psilocin charges on Sept. 6, 2024, in Portsmouth.

Charles Clayton Libby III, 47, of Hibbard Road in Lebanon, Maine, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a debit card, driver’s license, and-or a Social Security card belonging to another on June 25, 2024, in Portsmouth.

Timothy J. MacLean, 43, of Mast Road in Manchester, on a felony receiving stolen property charge as well as willful concealment count. He acted in concert with Casey Goodrich to retain a 2020 Kia Soul, knowing it had been stolen, in Salem on Oct. 22, 2024, according to the indictments. MacLean was also accused of concealing merchandise from Target on Oct. 22, 2024.

Anthony Thomas Manning, 36, of Briar Hill North Road in Haverhill, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, possession of fentanyl-cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, identity fraud, possession of cocaine, two attempted theft by deception, two operating while certified as a habitual offender, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on South Broadway in Salem on Oct. 9, 2024, at dangerous speeds after being deemed a habitual offender. On Oct. 10, 204, in North Hampton, he was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot.

Jillian Rose Marques, 44, of East Dracut Road in Methuen, MA, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl and-or cocaine charges, both felonies, on April 17, 2024, in Salem.

Devin Jon Lester Marsh, 24, of Old County Road in Clarksville, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failure to appear in Salem District Court on Oct. 7, 2024, for an arraignment.
