Hampstead Man Indicted On 13 Child Felonious Sexual Assault Counts: Rockingham County Court Indictments

Mass. men indicted on theft charges; Salem man indicted on organized retail crime enterprise charge; NY man indicted on ID fraud charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Juan Francisco Abiston De Leon, 26, of Oakland Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on accomplice to attempted theft by deception and accomplice to attempted fraudulent use of a credit card charges, both felonies. He was accused of being aided by another to drive to the Salem Lowe’s parking lot to pick up online order items that were purchased with another person’s Amex card on Dec. 6, 2024.

Jeremy Phillip Aguirre, 18, of Cottonwood Road in Plaistow, on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and four felony counts of receiving stolen property. He was accused of retaining stolen guitars from Guitar Center in Plaistow on Feb. 12.

Scott Alexander, 56, of Danville Road in Hampstead, on 13 aggravated felonious sexual assault felony charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a child between Feb. 3, 1999, and Feb. 3, 2004; Feb. 3, 2004, and Feb. 3, 2008; and Feb. 3, 2011, and Feb. 3, 2013, in Hampstead.

Raymond Eric Peabody, 54, of Cleo Circle in Rochester, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Greenland on Sept. 7, 2025, and Home Depot in Portsmouth on Nov. 5, 2025.

Alejandro Jose Peraza Ramos, 20, of South Clermont Street in Denver, Colorado, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was aided by Bebsain Linares Maldonado and an unidentified woman and stole merchandise from Ulta Beauty in Newington on Jan. 29, according to an indictment.

Tyrell Dean Tellis, 29, of Dinsmore Place in Brooklyn, New York, on two forgery and two identity fraud charges, all felonies. He was accused of passing a counterfeit check and posing as another when caught at Walmart in Portsmouth on Jan. 21.

James Hilton Webster Jr., 35, of Brenton Road in Gilford, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 26, 2025, in Salem.

Jessica Marie Webster, 40, of Silver Street in Manchester, on three felony receiving stolen property charges. She worked in concert with Cherish Barna to retain a stolen white gold ring and a Michael Kors wallet and its contents from Derry between Nov. 17 and Nov. 18, 2025, according to the indictments. Previously, according to the indictment, Webster has been convicted twice before on theft charges.

Jennifer Marie Wesson, 42, of Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing tools from another person in Salem on Oct. 29, 2025.

David James Wilson, 47, of West Street in Walpole, MA, on theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of accessing a Loan Max LLC loan from a vehicle with an invalid certificate of title in Salem on May 27, 2025. Between May 27, 2025, and July 18, 2025, Wilson failed to provide a valid motor vehicle title and did not repay the loan, according to the indictment.

Dennis Michael Zeletsky Jr., 20, of Clifton Avenue in Salem, on organized retail crime enterprise and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of conspiring with others to steal merchandise from Dick’s in Salem on Sept. 30, 2025.
