Somersworth Man Indicted On Distribution Of Sexual Abuse Images, Other Charges: Rockingham County Indictments

Lawrence man indicted on forgery, theft, property charges; thief indicted on Salem theft charges; Deerfield man faces strangulation counts.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Matthew P. Gelardi, 31, of Conant Street in Maynard, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of attempting to have a victim tell the state she fabricated charges due to being off her meds, and/or she is to do this with the purpose of having the state dismiss the charges, and/or draft an affidavit contradicting her previous statement, or words to that effect, between Jan. 18 and March 9 in Brentwood. Gelardi was previously indicted a second-degree assault charge.

Kallie Stephen Grover, 39, LemyJoma Trail in Sandown, on possession of clonazepam with intent to distribute and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Epping on Dec. 5, 2024. The indictment stated she was acting in concert with or was aided by Jennifer Randolph on the clonazepam charge.

Joseph Richard Hall, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking committed while on release. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on May 30, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hall was convicted on theft charges.

Charles Damien Harvey, 21, of Candia Road in Deerfield, on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was accused of grabbing and strangling an intimate partner in Deerfield on Jan. 29.

Abel Hernandez, 44, of Berkley Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on four felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise multiple times from Burlington in Salem between Nov. 29, 2025, and Jan. 20, and from Marshalls in Salem on Jan. 19 and Jan. 26. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft charges twice.

Angel Hidalgo, 25, of Glenwood Avenue in Methuen, MA, on forgery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check drawn on the account of Cutler Family Real Property LLC in Salem to himself for $6,425 on Dec. 6, 2023.

Isaiah Hernandez, 25, of Sheffield Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on felony counts of conspiracy to commit identity fraud and conspiracy to commit forgery. He agreed with Tyrell Tellis to drive him to Walmart in Portsmouth to obtain money from a government check in the name of another man on Jan. 21, according to the indictments.

Brian John Heselton Jr., 39, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Epping on Sept. 27, 2025, and Home Depot in Londonderry on Sept. 29, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.

Camden Hodgkins, 21, of Guy Street in Somersworth, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, two counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, and six counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of selling or exchanging a photo and .mp4s on Facebook between Dec. 20, 2024, and Jan. 15, 2025, in Portsmouth. Hodgkins was also accused of sending two videos of himself masturbating and using an online service to solicit photos and/or videos from a teenager during the same time period.

Tasha A. Hutchinson, 40, of Dean Brook Drive in Groveton, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl on Aug. 8, 2025, in Salem.

Lakrisa R. Jefferson, 42, of Pratt Avenue in Lowell, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee in Salem on Oct. 25, 2025.

Emmanuel Jimenez, 24, of Canton Street in Lawrence, MA, on seven forgery, three theft by deception, and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies, as well as four theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He deposited multiple fraudulent checks and took out multiple amounts of money at the Service Credit Union in Salem between May 2 and May 18, 2025, via checks owned by several people as well as Masis Staffing Solutions LLC and Sarpi Salon, according to the indictments. Jimenez also stole money from Ross Mechanical Contractor Inc. and Flex Fitness.
