BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.
Tyler J. Gianitsis, 35, of Derry, incarcerated at the time of the indictment in the Rockingham County Jail, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on April 4 in Derry.
Jason Ernest Gore, 32, of School Street in Groveland, Massachusetts, on criminal threatening of a law enforcement officer, simple assault on a law enforcement officer, and criminal mischief charges. He was accused of damaging a police cruiser, spitting on a Salem police officer, and threatening to rape the police officer's mother on Oct. 11, 2025.
Terrick C. Griffin, 30, of St. Nicholas Avenue, New York, New York, on felony habitual offender and driving under the influence. He was accused of driving on Exeter Road in North Hampton on April 2 after the NH DMV had certified him as a habitual offender.
Mariah Guilmette, 31, of Nesmith Street in Derry, on a felony count of possession of crack cocaine as well as two criminal mischief charges. She was accused of crashing into a fence owned by the Sanborn Regional School District and a utility pole owned by Unitil in Kingston on Jan. 21.
Jonathan Daniel Hankins, 332, of Winding Pond Road in Londonderry, on four felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of sharing videos on Kik between Jan. 15 and Jan. 20, 2025, in Londonderry.

Jacob Knipstein, 31, of Pisassic Road in Newfields, on endangering the welfare of a child-solicit sex, attempted kidnapping, failure to comply with sex offender registry-subsequent, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting and attempting to sexually assault a girl on April 11 in Newfields. Knipstein was also accused of failing to report a Snapchat account to police and telling the girl to shut off location services on her cell phone or to leave the phone at home so no one could find out where she was.
Vicki Jo Knowles, 43, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on a felony burglary charge. She worked in concert or aided by Aaron Douglas Driver to enter a building on Amesbury Road in Kensington, according to the indictment, on Nov. 26, 2025.
Sara E. Laboeuf, 52, of Lake Avenue in Worcester, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Salem on April 3, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted twice before.
Karen L. Lemay, 47, of County Farm Road in Dover, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Newington on Oct. 26, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.
Liang Ma, 44, of 67th Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Home Depot in Salem on Nov. 5, 2025.
