Derry Man Indicted On Forgery, Bad Check Charges: Court Roundup

Lowell man indicted on Salem, Windham burglary cases; catalytic converter theft indictments; man indicted in stolen SUV, chase, drug case.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Caitlin A. Mack, 21, of New Boston Road in Newton on accomplice theft by unauthorized taking and accomplice criminal mischief charges, both felonies. She was accused of attempting to steal catalytic converters on Aug. 31, 2021, in Brentwood.

Keegan Macrae, 26, of Merrill Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing baby formula from Walmart in Plaistow between April 2, and April 8, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Michael A. Martin, 30, of Acre Street in Raymond on operating a motor vehicle after certification as a habitual offender, possession of fentanyl, attempted theft by unauthorized taking, and criminal mischief charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and cutting catalytic converters off four vehicles on Aug. 31, 2021, in Brentwood. Martin was also accused of driving on Route 125 in Kingston on June 20, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender.

William C. Martin IV, 35, of Perkins Hill Road in Wakefield on possession of amphetamine charge, a felony, and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration charges. He was accused of driving in Seabrook on March 12, 2021.

Braulio Antonio Matos, 32, of Chestnut Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges as well as receiving stolen property and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and endangering other motorists while driving in Epping and South Hampton on Oct. 12, 2021, in a stolen 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Justin J. McGowen, 26, of Roby Lane in Lee on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of having sex with a woman in Portsmouth on Sept. 29, 2021, in front of a child.

Daniel McKenna, 37, of South Main Street in Derry on issuing bad checks and two forgery charges. He was accused of signing the names of two people endorsing an insurance check to his law firm in Derry on Feb. 27, 2021 and issuing a check to a person for $29,411.77 while knowing the check would not be paid on Aug. 8, 2021, in Derry.

Christopher Michael McKnight, 23, of Litchfield Road in Londonderry on a felony possession of cocaine charge on March 4, 2021, in Londonderry.

Brian G. Mercier, 50, of 5th Street in Lowell, MA, on three felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing three businesses on North Broadway in Salem and Range Road in Windham between Aug. 7, and Aug. 8, 2021.

Casey Elizabeth Mouradian, 23, of Hallisey Drive in Newburyport, MA, on two felony forgery charges. He was accused of altering two checks between March 15, and April 15, 2021, in Seabrook.
