Elderly Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Carlos Ruben Candelario, 34, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of amphetamine, possession of pregabalin, possession of alprazolam, possession of methadone, possession of crack cocaine with intent to dispense, possession of crack cocaine, receiving stolen property-a 2012 Ford Mustang, and two possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on June 16 in Salem.

Patrick E. Carr, 42, of Orchard Street in Franklin, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of using Center for Life Management credit cards to purchase more than $1,500 from Amazon between May 1, 2018, and Nov. 30, 2023, in Derry.

Kelani A. Castellez, 37, of Range Road in Belmont on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from a Planet Fitness locker in Seabrook on Feb. 16. Previously, Castellez was convicted on theft charges twice before.

Bert E. Clement, 28, of Massachusetts Avenue in South Portland, Maine, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving at dangerous speeds on Route 101 in Epping on May 7.

James Myles Costa, 35, of Maple Drive in Ashland on possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, possession of meth with intent to dispense, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and removing a purse after a vehicle stop on May 4 in Salem.

Nicole Renee Covey, 37, of Portland Street in Rochester on a possession of meth with intent to dispense in Epping on May 18, 2023.

Bianca Lee Cruz, 36, of Varnum Avenue in Lowell, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She worked in concert with Jeremy Menendez to steal items from Ultra Beauty in Seabrook between March 1 and March 31 and on April 17, according to the indictments.

Joshua Paul Mazza, 33, of Henderson Circle in Salem on a felony possession of fentanyl, committed while on release on May 21 in Salem. According to the indictment, he has been convicted before and was out on bail from Rockingham County Superior Court at the time of the incident.

Terry McCafferty, 33, of High Street in East Milinocket, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Greenland on June 10, 2023.

Morgan Riley Moran, 22, of Washington Street in Dover on a felony possession of fentanyl and xylazine mix and driving under the influence charges on the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth on Feb. 12.

John F. Morrow, 38, of Nottingham Road in Raymond on two felony possession of meth charges on March 26 in Epping.

Michael Murphy, 72, of Pearl Street in Hampton on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a knife at two other people and two Hampton officers on June 16 in Hampton.
