Franklin Man Indicted On Child Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

David Allen, 40, of Fisherville Road in Concord on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling and placing a towel over the mouth of an intimate partner on Dec. 10, 2023. Read more about this case here: Concord Child Sexual Assaulter Faces Strangulation, Other Charges

Eugene C. Bertini, 50, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 28, 2023, in Franklin.

Brian Bilodeau, 64, a homeless man now located in Concord, on common nuisances, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to sell-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent, and possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of dealing drugs out of a room at the Best Western in Concord on July 5, 2023.

Shane Blanchard, 35, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a child on Nov. 10, 2023, in Franklin.

Lucas Bohuslaw, 49, of Park Street in Hill on a felony possession of meth charge on Sept. 7, 2023, in Hill.

Tiffany Bolduc, 42, of Cram Avenue of Pittsfield on a felony conspiracy to commit burglary charge. She was accused of agreeing with George Gilleney, according to the indictment, to burglarize a Main Street building on Feb. 24, 2023, in Pittsfield.

Melissa Boucher, 35, of Myrtle Street in Manchester on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Bow on Dec. 3, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Savannah Bowles, 24, of Province Road in Barnstead on possession of fentanyl, possession of alprazolam, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, in Concord on Sept. 2, 2023.

Zachary Bunker, 40, of York Garden in Gilford on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of placing a trooper in jeopardy by driving a 2015 BMW 528xi south in the northbound lane of Interstate 93 in Canterbury on Nov. 25, 2023.
