Alleged Concord Drug Dealers, Others Indicted in Superior Court
Plus, alleged escapee indicted, Manchester man indicted on burglary charge, and Meredith man indicted after I-93 DWI crash.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in January.
James Chestnut, 21, pictured upper left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, four counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl, sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies, as well as two counts of operating after suspension, speed, and carrying without a license (a loaded Taurus .357 magnum revolver). The charges stem from alleged incidents in Bow, Concord, and Chichester, in August, September, and October 2016. In some of the cases, Chestnut was allegedly acting in concert with Arianna Beaulieu when sales were reportedly made to an undercover police officer.

Pamela Civiello, 42, of Cross Mill Road in Northfield, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly in concert with Scott Angers on Oct. 13, 2016, in Northfield.
Dale Clark, 43, pictured upper center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony escape. On May 7, 2016, he allegedly left the North End House Housing Unit in Concord and failed to return.

Nathan Cote, 23, pictured upper right, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, allegedly on July 30, 2016, in Pembroke.
Kevin Denbrow, 35, pictured lower left, of Amherst Street in Manchester, for felony burglary. On June 24, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a residence on Catamount Hill Drive in Allenstown.
Felisha M. Dion, 28, pictured lower center, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, allegedly on May 18, 2016, in Franklin.
Michael Drake, 34, pictured lower right, of Old Perkins Road in Meredith, for felony reckless conduct and two counts of driving while intoxicated-subsequent, allegedly on Oct. 21, 2016, on I-93 in Canterbury. On the date in question, he allegedly drove a vehicle in the wrong direction and almost collided with a state police cruiser. Darke was previously convicted in Laconia District Court in June 2012.
Ryan Duhaime, 36, of Lucinda Terrace in Keene, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Nov. 21, 2016, in Loudon.
