They went to the third floor room and Hensley reportedly answered the door, according to an officer, who also saw Hebert in the room.
“As I entered the room, I saw Kenneth close a black case on the desk,” according to the affidavit. “I could see multiple needles, a plastic baggie with a white powder in it, and multiple burnt spoons with residue on the desk. I ordered him to come to me with hands visible. He was compliant.”
Both Hebert and Hensley were told about their active warrants, arrested, and brought directly to the Merrimack County House of Corrections. While being searched, a female corrections officer allegedly found a baggie of a brown substance, believed to be heroin, in Hensley’s bra, according to the affidavit.
The room was sealed while sergeants applied for a search warrant and later that day, it was approved and the room was searched, according to the report. Police allegedly found a golf ball sized baggie of white powder, about an ounce, thought to be cocaine, multiple burnt spoons with residue, a loaded needle with heroin, a scale with residue, an X-ACTO knife kit with residue, glass pipes with residue, and multiple small empty plastic bags. The black case on the desk allegedly contained a purple bag with a plastic baggie of cocaine, a finger of heroin, a plastic baggie of marijuana, and three individual plastic baggies with heroin.
No strangers to police
Neither Hebert nor Hensley are strangers to police, according to reports on Patch.
Hebert was arrested in Salem back in April for theft by deception after allegedly attempting to scam employees at a Dunkin’ Donuts with a short change trick. Two times before, according to Concord District Court records, he was convicted for receiving stolen property.
In 2012, Hebert was arrested for possession of controlled drugs, a felony, three counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felonies, a bench warrant, and a violation of probation or parole charge. The warrant charge was out of Laconia District Court; the drug dealing reportedly occurred on Loudon Road in May 2012.
Hensley, in August 2012, was arrested on a prostitution charge, after allegedly offering sexual favors to a man for a ride and then allegedly flipping out when he refused her offer. A few months later, she was arrested on a bench warrant.
About a year later, she was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating after a suspension after a two-car crash on Little Pond Road.
Last December, she was arrested on a felony possession of drugs charges after reportedly signing Christmas songs while barefoot, in unbuttoned pants, while in the Target parking lot.
According to online documents, Hensley has prior convictions in the early 2000s for selling and possessing heroin.
