Lawrence Man, Convicted Before, Indicted On Cocaine, Fentanyl Sale Charges: Court Roundup

Former visiting nurse indicted on sexual assault charges; Derry man indicted on theft charges; Mass. man indicted on theft, forgery charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Christopher Michael Allen, 37, of Fieldstone Drive in Londonderry on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Salem on Nov. 21, 2023.

Robert F. Allore, 63, of Chester Road in Fremont on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge and a misdemeanor sexual assault charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting and fondling an elderly woman while treating or examining her in Raymond on Sept. 8, 2022. Allore was a visiting nurse at the time of the incident.

Jonathan R. Antonowitch, 43, of South Willow Street in Manchester on possession of LSD with intent to dispense, possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, possession of cocaine, possession of clonazepam, possession of lorazepam, possession of diazepam, possession of alprazolam, possession of zolpidem, possession of fentanyl, and possession of LSD charges, all felonies, on March 27, 2023, in Salem.

Aaron Joseph Arsenault, 35, of Hayden Circle in Hampton on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Dec. 13, 2023, in Newmarket.

Luis Ramon Ascona Hernandez, 54, of Mount Vernon Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on sale of cocaine and sale of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on May 25, 2023, in Seabrook. Previously, according to the indictment, Hernandez has been convicted on one or more prior offenses.

John Thomas Hafford, 53, of Windham Road in Derry on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of taking a $5,000 deposit upfront for a front door replacement project in Hampstead on Sept. 2, 2022, and not purchasing or replacing the door.

Kyle Henderson, 31, of Middle Street in Portsmouth on criminal threatening against law enforcement officers, simple assault on law enforcement officer, and three felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges. He was accused of repeatedly strangling an intimate partner, biting a police officer, and threatening to spit at police officers in Portsmouth on Feb. 22.

German Hernandez Mendez, 24, of Boston, MA, on conspiracy-possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, in Plaistow on Jan. 24.

Justice Alexander Mathias Holmes, 28, of Woodbine Street in Quincy, MA, on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of defrauding DeStefano & Associates Inc. and-or Partners Bank by uttering a check for $3,797.21 in Portsmouth on Aug. 2, 2023.

Kristy-Lee Houle, 42, of Wethersfield Drive in Northfield on possession of fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin mix and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies.

Cheyanne Jade Huckins, 24, of Route 3 in Thornton on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on April 10, 2022, in Salem.

Laurie Anne Huckins, 56, of Summer Street in Farmington on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 12, 2023.

Joshua A. Hughes, 24, of Waterman Hill Road in Derry on felony operating while certified as a habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of driving on Waterman Hill Road in Derry on Nov. 16, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender and neglecting to stop for a police officer.
