Concord Man Indicted On Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Homeless man faces strangulation charge; Pembroke habitual offender indicted on another liquor theft charge; drug possession indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Oriana E. Giles, 22, of Mount Cardigan Road in Alexandria on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 16, 2019, in Henniker.
Shawn Grant, 40, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on habitual offender and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving on Pembroke Street in Pembroke and stealing merchandise from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet on Sand Road on Feb. 2. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court in September 2015 and January 2018, including a previous liquor theft incident.

Michael Grass, 34, of Bridge Street in Pittsfield on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He's accused of stealing laptops from the Target on D'Amante Drive in Concord twice in one day on Feb. 23. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Sha Gurung, pictured left, 28, of Royal Gardens in Concord on a felonious sexual assault charge. Between April 18 and April 20, 2019, he's accused of raping of a girl in Concord.

Jennifer Haley, center left, 37, of Cambridge Court in Manchester on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Dec. 28, 2019, in Hooksett.
Christopher Hawkins, 35, of Ivy Lane in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 2, 2019, in Franklin. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail from a prior charge in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Craig Hill, 47, of Millstone Drive in Danbury on a felony possession of meth charge on Jan. 25 in Danbury.
Kristy-Lee Houle, far right, 38, of Wethersfield Drive in Northfield on three felony possession of a controlled drug-meth, fentanyl, and buprenorphine charges on Jan. 3 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was out on bail from a prior charge in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Charles Hubbard, 61, of Depot Street in Pittsfield on a felony habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on Barnstead Road in Pittsfield on Dec. 19, 2019.
Ryan Keeler, 32, homeless in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling a woman in Concord on Jan. 24.
Kristopher R. Kelley, center right, 41, of Main Street in Pembroke on a felony criminal mischief charge. He's accused of breaking into a home on Currier Road in Loudon on Jan. 18 and causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to the interior of the home.
