Londonderry Man Indicted For Negligent Homicide, Manslaughter In Truck Crash Case: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Manny Colon, 51, of 50th Street in Woodside, New York, on a felony forgery charge. He worked in concert with Laura Louise Clark to defraud by uttering a counterfeit $50 bill in Newington on Aug. 24, 2025, according to an indictment.
Oliver T. Denelle, 26, of Oceanside Place in Narragansett, Rhode Island, on felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, resisting arrest or detention, operating without a valid license, and conduct after an accident. He was accused of driving north on Interstate 95 in Greenland on Nov. 2, 2025, passing through an active work zone, and crossing into the median into the southbound lanes of traffic, causing a crash, and fleeing the scene. Ethan A. Desseta, 30, of Samoset Drive in Leominster, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of selling a counterfeit gold bar to another person in Portsmouth on March 10, 2024.
Lindsey Ann Dinneen, 41, of Raymond Road in Deerfield, on a felony possession of MDMA charge on Sept. 3, 2025, in Deerfield.

Ryan F. Dooley, 24, of Buckthorn Street in Londonderry, on aggravated driving while intoxicated, negligent homicide, and manslaughter-reckless charges, all felonies. He was accused of causing the death of a passenger in his Ford F-150 truck during a drunken driving crash on July 24, 2025, in Londonderry. Ricky Allan Perkins, 56, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on two felony non-support counts. He was accused of failing to provide child support in excess of $10,000 for two children on or about May 30, 2025, in Portsmouth.
Barion Wendell Perry, 46, of Forge Drive in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine charge. He was accused of possessing the drug on Oct. 31, 2024, in Windham, after previously being convicted of one or more prior offenses.
Christopher A. Politis, 53, of Ox Road in Billerica, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise of more than $1,500 on Aug. 10, 2024, and between $1,000 and $1,500 on Sept. 14, 2024, from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Salem.
Matthew S. Quinney, 26, of Main Street in Plaistow, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of stabbing an intimate partner with a pair of shears in Salem on Oct. 10, 2025.
Rodolfo Ruben Ramirez Romero, 27, of 2nd Street in Manchester, on a felony count of driving while being certified as a habitual offender on Old Candia Road in Candia on May 13, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
John M. Riel, 32, of Rand Drive in Chester, on a felony non-support count. He was accused of failing to provide support for a child of more than $10,000 on or about Aug. 18, 2025, in Derry.
Michael Aaron Ruffle, 35, of Dix Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of meth charge on May 28, 2025, in Londonderry. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on one or more prior offenses.
