Tilton Man Arrested On DUI Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — James Bub Bullock, 50, of Concord was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2022, on bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident on 73 Fisherville Road. Bullock failed to appear at the arraignment on Nov. 24, 2021, and a dispositional conference hearing on Jan. 10 in Merrimack County Superior Court on forgery and felony theft charges.

John F. Sadatis, 41, of Concord was cited at 6:31 p.m. on Feb. 19 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Sadatis is a sex offender due to felonious sexual assault convictions in July 1999 against a child under 16, according to the state. He has been arrested dozens of times including 14 times for violation of probation or parole.

Vincent William Ventiere, 32, of Concord was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Feb. 17 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the 7-Eleven on Village Street.

Brandon Asbury, born 1995, of Tilton was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on Feb. 16 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Green Street.

Joshua Russell Burney, 43, of Penacook was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at 7-Eleven on Village Street.

Dylan Kontoes, born 2000, of Boscawen was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Feb. 13 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Fort Eddy Road.

David Edward Austin, 26, of Loudon was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Feb. 12 on reckless operation, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, speeding, misuse of plates, uninspected vehicle, and disobeying an officer charges after an incident on Sewalls Falls Road.

Bradley Winbush, 46, of Concord was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on Feb. 11 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Ivan Diaz, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 10:19 a.m. on Feb. 10 on a bench warrant as well as operating without a valid license charge after an incident at 99 Fisherville Road.
