North Hampton Man Indicted On Fatal Fentanyl Sale Charge: Rockingham Court Roundup

Portsmouth man indicted on child sexual assault charges; man indicted on Salem armed robbery case; man indicted on fentanyl dealing charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.

James Troy Medaglia, 50, of Lafayette Road in North Hampton on a sale of fentanyl-death resulting charge. He was accused of dispensing or selling the drug between March 15 and March 16, 2022, in Seabrook, which led to a fatal overdose of another person.

Jontae Mongo, 23, of West Newton Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on felony organized retail crime enterprise, two simple assault-extended term of imprisonment, two resisting arrest or detention, and two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was accused of stealing items from American Eagle Clothing in Salem, spitting in an officer’s face, striking another police officer in the face, and resisting on Nov. 12, 2022.

Christian S. Murphy, 52, of Francis Drive in Andover, MA, on possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-more than 5 grams charges, both felonies, in Salem on April 28, 2022.

Sisqo Lisandro Nogueras, 23, of Bay State Road in Lawrence, MA, on armed robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, kidnapping, criminal restraint, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen Honda CR-V in Salem on March 19. Nogueras was also aided by Carmen Baker to hold another person at knifepoint in his own vehicle while stealing the vehicle on March 19.

Richard A. Oliver, 55, of Winchester Street in Portsmouth on four aggravated felonious sexual assault and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl under 13 and getting her to fondle him between Feb. 14, 2018, and Feb. 13 in Portsmouth.

Philip A. Pane, 45, of Jason Drive in Londonderry on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of leaving the scene of a crash on Nov. 5, 2022, in Londonderry where another person was injured and-or died.

Brandon Michael Perry, 31 of Silver Street in Manchester on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Manchester Road in Derry on April 10, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Bruce Allen Pickering Jr., 42, of Adrien Circle in Rochester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Portsmouth on Jan. 6 and Jan. 14. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.
