Habitual Offender From Manchester Faces Other Felony Charges: Log

Concord man arrested on aggravated DUI charge; man arrested on second-degree assault, other charges; convicted burglar picked up on warrant.

CONCORD, NH — Stacey M. Young, 36, of Concord was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2020, on a warrant. She was arrested near 142 Loudon Road.

Keenan K. Saniatan, born 1986, of Berlin was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 9 on second-degree assault-domestic violence, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Mountain Road.

Thomas W. Story, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 11:29 a.m. on Oct. 8 on an aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16 charge after an incident on South State Street.

Brandon M. Perry, 28, of Manchester was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Oct. 8 on operate after certified as a habitual offender, theft by unauthorized taking-prior convictions, and receiving stolen property-$1,501+, all felonies, and a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court Dec. 10. Perry has active felony cases out of Hillsborough County Superior Court North on theft, receiving stolen property, and drug charges.

Matthew Allen Gourlay, 38, of Concord was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on Oct. 7 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on the Broadway side of Rollins Park.

Nikolas R. Carr, 25, of Henniker was arrested on two bench warrants at 11:33 p.m. on Oct. 5 after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street. According to superior court records, Carr failed to appear at a dispositional conference on Sept. 29 on felony burglary charges out of Franklin from April. Previously, he was convicted on a burglary charge out of Hopkinton in October 2014 and a felony drug sale charge out of Salem in May 2016.

Christopher M. Ruggles, 47, of Concord was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Oct. 2 on two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs-subsequent, all felonies, as well as a deal-possess prescription drugs charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. He is due back in court on Jan. 8, 2021. Previously, Ruggles has been convicted on simple assault, controlled drug: acts prohibited out of Bow in September 2016, felony drug possession out of Salem in December 2016, controlled drug: acts prohibited out of Loudon and Concord in October 2017, and violation of probation or parole.

Emile Tremblay, born 1952, of Weare was arrested at 9:04 p.m. on Sept. 30 on a warrant after an incident on Hazel Drive.

Rocco Vincent Sfara, 45, of Concord was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on Sept. 12 on burglary and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Sandquist Street. He is due back in superior court for arraignment on Dec. 15. Previously, Sfara was convicted of attempted theft out of Salem in November 2012, first-degree assault and drug possession in November 2017 after an incident in Concord, assault by a prisoner in April 2019 in Boscawen, as well as a number of other cases.

Nyabunguye Tembasi, 27, homeless, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Sept. 9 on a criminal trespass charge. On Sept. 8, officers were sent to Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive for a report that Tembasi, who had been trespassed from the property, was in one of the buildings, according to an affidavit. Before the call, the reporting officer wrote that they saw Tembasi walking on Loudon Road wearing similar clothing as the complainant had described. After checking a building for Tembasi, an officer reported seeing him, "peeking through the glass portion of a door," on the third floor, the report stated. The officers attempted to follow him but "had no contact" with him, the affidavit said. Another witness in the building confirmed it was Tembasi who was trespassing, according to the report, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
