Woman Indicted On Child Second-Degree Assault Charge: Court

Henniker man indicted on child abuse image charges; Canterbury man faces attempted first-degree assault charge; forgery, drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Mark Anderson, 69, of Bear Hill Road in Henniker on four counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images and five counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies, between May 22, 2019, and Sept. 23, 2020, in Henniker.

Robert Audette, 31, incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine, fentanyl-acetyl fentanyl, and fentanyl-tramadol, on April 7, 2020, in Allenstown.

Nathaniel Bergeron, 24, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving or retaining a 2011 Audi LL Q7 that he knew or believed to be stolen on Jan. 4 in Hooksett.

Anthony Caperci, 24, of Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 20, 2020, in Hooksett.

Douglas Carson, 66, of Intervale Road in Canterbury on an attempted first-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies, and a simple assault, subject to an enhanced penalty, charge. He was accused of throwing and attempting to stab a deputy with a knife as well as grabbing his shirt and attempting to push him to the ground on Dec. 11, 2020, in Canterbury.

Sean Chlystun, 36, of Sandown Road in Danville on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, tramadol, fentanyl, and alprazolam, trazodone, and cannabidiol, on June 1, 2020, in Hooksett.

Marc J. Cincotta, 61, of Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing eggs and bacon from Cumberland Farms on North Main Street in Concord on Aug. 26, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Ryan Connors, 28, of Colonial Drive in Londonderry on five forgery charges. He was accused of cashing checks valued at $30,012.13 from the accounts of Moultonboro Golf and Ladesco Inc. in Bow, Concord, Hooksett, and Hopkinton on Aug. 6, 2020.

Katrina M. O'Donnell, 31, of East Bow Street in Franklin on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of working in concert with Mark Reed by striking a Market Basket employee during a theft incident on Sept. 8, 2020, in Concord.

Zachary Person, 38, of White Rock Hill Road in Bow on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-meth charge on Sept. 14, 2020, in Bow.

Mark R. Reed, 25, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of working with Katrina O'Donnell and punching a Market Basket employee during a theft incident on Sept. 8, 2020, in Concord.

Brandon Perry, 28, of Manchester Street in Manchester on motor vehicles; penalties and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart and driving on Loudon Road in Concord after being certified as a habitual offender on Oct. 8, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, Perry has been convicted on theft charges.

Michael T. Reardon, 39, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on Sept. 1, 2020, in Pembroke after a prior felony conviction.

Samantha Scott, 32, of Anderson Avenue in Franklin on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug, meth and heroin, on Anderson Avenue in Franklin on Aug. 21, Sept. 2, and Sept. 17, 2020; five felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug, fentanyl, oxycodone, and heroin, with intent to distribute on Central Street in Franklin on Sept. 17, 2020, and Loudon Road in Concord on Oct. 6, 2020; two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug, meth and MDMA, with intent to distribute on Central Street in Franklin on Sept. 17, 2020; and a single felony count of possession of a narcotic drug, fentanyl and tramadol charge, on Oct. 6, 2020, in Concord.

Delores Sears, 66, pictured, of Bog Road in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of forcing a child under 13 to kneel on the pavement for long periods of time, causing abrasions to the boy's knees, on July 28, 2020, in Concord.
