Pelham Man Indicted On Rape Charge: Rockingham Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Ryan P. Cooper, 31, of Watson Hill Road in Raymond on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Jordan Beaudette to steal construction equipment from a vehicle in Candia on July 25, 2021, according to the indictment.

James Curit, 36, of Lefevre Road in Kingston on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving at fast speeds, up to 100 mph in a 55 zone, at times, in the opposite travel lane on July 25, 2021, in Epping.

Michael J. Demeritt, 42, of Ten Rod Road in Farmington on three felony possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl and cocaine) and a single count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell or dispense on Aug. 26, 2021, and between Aug. 26, and Sept. 1, 2021, in Epping.

Alyssa DiPalermo, 22, of Peabody Drive in Brentwood on two simple assault-enhance penalty charges. She was accused of kicking and hitting a child on Aug. 4, 2021, in Raymond.

Molly Theresa Draper, 19, of Grove Street in Woburn, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. She was accused of holding a knife up to another person and threatening to kill them on June 6, 2021, in Seabrook.

Jack E. Duddy, 26, of Green Hill Road in Barrington on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in Hampton on Oct. 15, 2021.

William George Feeney Jr., 27, with a last known address of Windsor Court in Plaistow on accomplice theft by unauthorized taking and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing jewelry, money, and handbags in Plaistow on Sept. 28, 2021.

Michael L. Finochiaro, 52, of Drakeside Road in Hampton on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of attempting to steal merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on Sept. 28, 2021.

Justin Edgar Fischer, 24, of Main Street in Pelham on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping another person who was physically helpless to resist between Aug. 14, and Aug. 15, 2021, in Plaistow.

Robert Fitzmaurice, 59, of Central Road in Rye on a felony second degree assault charge as well as two counts of extended term of imprisonment-simple assault. He was accused of fracturing the right humerus of a person when pushing them to the ground and assaulting two police officers on Oct. 6, 2021, in Rye.
