Sheriffs Arrest Two on Heroin Charges: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Eric C. Wyatt, 28, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a probation hearing on a heroin possession charge.

Caitlin M. McDonald, 23, of Campbell Street in Bedford, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a possession of fentanyl charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of Buprenorphine.

James Curit, 32, of New Dam Road in Sanford, ME, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2016, on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Michael L. Tibbetts, 36, of Brackett Lane in Berwick, ME, was arrested on Dec. 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment for possession of heroin.

Heather K. Aikens, 27, of Essex Street in Fitchburg, MA, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for attempted theft.

Kevin J. Sullivan, 22, of Mill Street in Dixville, ME, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a probation hearing on a burglary charge.

Gerald D. O’Brien III, 58, of Red Sox Lane in Raymond, was arrested on Dec. 14, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for civil violation of a court order.

Sean M. Marshall, 50, currently incarcerated in MCI Norfolk in Norfolk, MA, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property, and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception.

Randolph E. Ayers, 43, of Gertrude Lane in New Durham, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for contempt capias-marital non-support and contempt capias-second warrant marital non-support.
