Raymond Man Indicted On Child Rape, Trafficking Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Epping, Kingston men indicted on strangulation charges; Mass. residents indicted on drug dealing charges; criminal threat in Salem.

CONCORD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Kent Oscar Anderson, 41, of Highland Road in Merrimac, Massachusetts, on possession of methamphetamine and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on March 15, 2021.

Cameron J. Garofalo, 31, of 18th Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on May 25 in Derry.

Denise Phillis Georgopoulos, 53, of Aiken Avenue in Lowell, MA, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Salem on Jan. 25.

Leo Thomas Glidden, 51, of Railroad Avenue in Epping on second-degree assault and criminal restraint charges, both felonies, and domestic violence-obstruction report of crime-injury and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner by wrapping his legs around her neck, punching her, and keeping her from attempting to leave a room in Epping on May 24.

Esterlyn Javier Gonzalez Brito, 24, of High Street in Lawrence, MA, on possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to dispense as well as four sale of fentanyl charges, all felonies. The sales reportedly occurred on May 15, May 22, May 29, June 5, and June 12, in Salem.

Jonathan R. Guy, 31, of Prescott Road in Raymond on registration of online indentifiers, duty to inform, trafficking in persons, two endangering the welfare of a child, two indecent exposure and lewdness, two felonious sexual assault, three dispensing a controlled drug, and five aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies, as well as four counts of sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling two girls between Jan. 12 and Jan. 16 and May 16 and May 21 in Raymond; giving the girls marijuana between May 2 and May in Raymond; offering to pay or paying one of the girls between May 16 and May 21 in Raymond; failing to tell police about a change of address between Feb. 27 and April 15 in Raymond; and failing to tell police about TikTok accounts between May 12 and June 13 in Raymond.

Nikki Dillan Harris, 37, of Ludlam Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony criminal threatening charge. They were accused of standing in front of a man with a baseball and stating they were going to shoot him and-or hit him on Jan. 18 in Salem.

Martha Rukarwa, 27, of Powder Hill Road in Bedford on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of obtaining money, credit, goods, and other items of value while posing as another on April 12 in Derry.

Cameron Alexander Schaefer, 20, of Main Street in Kingston on two second-degree assault-domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-obstructing report of crime-injury and six domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and holding her down using his knees on Feb. 15 in Kingston. Schaefer, while holding an angle grinder, said, “I’m going to kill you” and “this should work” or words to that effect, according to an indictment.

Ethan Michael Seavey, 26, of Chestnut Hill Road in Rochester on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Auburn Road in Londonderry on Nov. 6, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Amanda Jean Shattler, 45, of Railroad Avenue in Epping on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 9 in Epping.

Juliana Lyn Surette, 55, of Goldcliff Road in Malden, MA, on possession of diazepam and possession of morphine charges, both felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention on March 26 in Salem.
