Manchester Man Indicted On Londonderry Reckless Conduct Charge: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Andry David Calcagno, 25, of Winter Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 18, 2023, in Sandown.

Brenna Michelle Centola-Mullen, 27, of Little River Road in Berwick, Maine, on possession of fentanyl and buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 22, 2023, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on prior offenses.

Christopher Robert Clough, 35, of Hanover Street in Portsmouth on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 10, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Kristie M. Colby, 36, of Bourne Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine, possession of meth, and possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charges, all felonies, in Epping on Oct. 5, 2023.

Duane B. Demeritt, 66, of Shattigee Road in Chester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Chester on Oct. 27, 2023.

Jake P. Demeritt, 37, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing more than $1,500 of catalytic converters from vehicles at Heritage Truck and Auto in Londonderry on May 31, 2022.

Joshua Brian Dyrkacz, 38, of Gilford Street in Manchester on a felony possession of cocaine charge on July 18, 2023, in Auburn.

Stephanie Dionne Milton, 40, of Hosmer Street in Mattapan, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the Bath and Body Works in Salem on Dec. 6, 2022, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Juan G. Pacheco, 44, of Roseanne Lane in Manchester on reckless conduct and three reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He fired a gun at a motorcyclist in Manchester on Perimeter Road and-or Brown Avenue and drove into and collided with a motorcycle in Londonderry on Nov. 17, 2023, causing serious injuries, according to the indictment.

Cameron Michael Pandelena, 21, of Long Hill Road in Raymond on burglary and riot charges. He was aided by Gianna Eileen Pandela and two other people to burglarize a home on Mariette Drive in Portsmouth and engaging in violent conduct on June 28, 2023, according to the indictment.

Hermione Haley Ann Porter, 18, of Blake Road in Epping on four felony counts of reckless conduct. She was accused of driving on Epping Road in Exeter at a high rate of speed after consuming alcohol and causing a crash by driving into oncoming traffic and driving into a home on Main Street in Exeter on Oct. 27, 2023. Addis Giovanni Sandoval, 18, of Shannon Road in Salem on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of spitting at an employee of the Rockingham County Jail on Sept. 13, 2023, in Brentwood.

Cameron Alexander Schaefer, 19, of Main Street in Kingston on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of striking a woman with a motor vehicle on Nov. 16, 2023, in Newmarket.
