Car License Plate Issue Leads To Drug, Revocation Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Daniel Edward Millette, 32, of Belmont was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2023, on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road and a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge, after an incident at the Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.

Christopher Dale Hughes, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on Feb. 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 231 Loudon Road.

Benjamin B. Berry, 28, of Concord was arrested at 2:18 a.m. on Jan. 31 on driving after revocation and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.

Hira Lal Darjee, born 1984, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:23 p.m. on Jan. 30 after an incident at Walgreens on Loudon Road.

Maxine R. Dunn, 33, of Concord was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on Jan. 28 on a bench warrant and warrant at police headquarters.

Elias Ross Young, 25, of Center Harbor received a summons at 12:41 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 80 S. Main St.

Dylan Harrington Peterson, 29, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:51 p.m. on Jan. 27 after an incident in Bicentennial Square.

Cameron Alexander Schaefer, born 2004, of Kingston was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:13 p.m. on Jan. 25. He was arrested after an incident at the former Sears location at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Michael Lyndell Jones, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on Jan. 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at the Draft on South Main Street.

Javon Edward Brooks, 22, of Concord was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on Jan. 17 on criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident on Bog Road.

Benjamin Thomas Aldrich, 28, of Boscawen was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:32 a.m. on Jan. 16 after an incident at Granite State College on Hall Street.

Anna K. Heine, 41, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 10:53 a.m. on Jan. 14 after an incident on Penacook Street in the Fosterville neighborhood of the city.

Ernest R. LaFlamme, born 1957, of Concord was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on Jan. 13 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.

William Yates, 63, of Main Street in Somersworth was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Jan. 3 on felony possession of a controlled drug and driving after revocation or suspension charges. While patrolling Loudon Road, an officer saw a Honda Accord with a rear license plate out. The vehicle was pulled over just across the Pembroke down line on Horse Corner Road. The officer spoke to the driver, Yates, and accused him of having “visibly shaking” hands. Yates, an affidavit said, admitted to “going back and forth” between Massachusetts and New Hampshire since he was suspended out of the Bay State but needed to pay child support. A check found his license suspended on June 4, 2021, the report said. Backup officers, including two detectives and another officer, arrived, and Yates was arrested. During a pat down, the officer accused Yates of having “a bulge” in his pants pocket that turned out to be a large wad of cash and a plastic bag with a tan powdery substance. He was then arrested on a drug charge.

Sarah B. Davidson, born 1983, of Hillsboro was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 1 on a driving while intoxicated charge and a tail lamp and reflectors violation after an incident on West Street.

Lauren R. Scott, 34, of Lancaster was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2022, on indecent exposure and gross lewdness, resisting arrest or detention, and criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an incident on Clinton Street.
