Cloves, Cinnamon, and Beer Theft Leads to Felony Charge: Log
Police: Concord woman violated a restraining order, damaged car leads to vandalism charge, and teen faces fentanyl possession charges.

CONCORD, NH - Geeplay Bioh, 41, of Orange Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on April 24, 2016, on two counts of driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop at the intersection of Pleasant and North Main streets after a check of a vehicle. The driver’s license was suspended on April 17, 2016, for default court summons, according to the NH DMV. Bioh is due in court on June 6.

Taylor Carpentier, 21, of Eastman Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on April 18, 2016, on three bench warrants. Police were sent to Old Suncook Road for a report of a disturbance and encountered Carpentier, who had an active warrant out of Concord District Court for receiving stolen property and two warrants out of Laconia District Court for bail jumping and driving after revocation, $200 cash bail. He reportedly couldn’t come up with the money and was held.

Allyssa L. Downs, 21, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. on April 1, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on I-393. According to a report, an officer stopped in at the Irving on South Main Street at the Concord/Bow line and while there, ran a check on a vehicle, and found that the driver of the vehicle had a suspended license. The officer and another officer caught up with the driver – Downs – near Exit 2. Downs’ license was suspended on March 26, 2016, by the NH DMV after being convicted of driving after suspension or revocation in May 2015 in Hillsborough District Court. She had a court date on May 2.

Kelsea K. McAllister, 22, of Pinewood Trail in Concord, was arrested at 6:34 a.m. on March 26, 2016, for violation of a protective order from March 24, 2016, on Pinewood Trail. She was arrested at home and held.
David B. Costella, 22, of Grove Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on March 25, 2016, for criminal mischief from an alleged incident on Grove Street on March 19, 2016, involving damage to a Honda Civic. He was arrested by Tilton Police and was arraigned on March 28.
Ian J. Tucker, 19, of Allen Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on March 18, 2016, on three counts of felony possession of controlled drugs (heroin). According to a court affidavit, officers were sent to Allen Street for an abandoned 911 call on March 22, 2015. They later learned that the incident was a domestic assault situation and arrested Tucker. During a search, police allegedly found three bindles of heroin in Tucker’s wallet, according to the affidavit. The bindles were tested by the state police forensic lab and on Feb. 10, 2016, deemed to be fentanyl. An affidavit against Tucker was issued and he was charged at the Merrimack County House of Corrections. He was arraigned on March 21.
Jason W. McCormick, 39, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on March 17, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, for allegedly shoplifting cloves, cinnamon sticks, and a 24-ounce beer at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. McCormick was convicted of shoplifting in September 2008 twice in Nashua District Court. He had a court date on April 25.
Mark E. Clark Leathers, 35, of Dover Road in Chichester, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on March 16, 2016, for felony falsifying physical evidence and tampering with public or private records from an alleged incident on March 1, 2016. He turned himself in on a warrant and was arraigned on April 18.
Darryl Furnari, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on March 15, 2016, for criminal trespass. The charge stemmed from an alleged incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. Furnari – whose nickname is “Ducky” – was reportedly trespassing on the property while Steven Rowell was allegedly burglarizing and pulling false fire alarms there, according to affidavits.
Blaze A. Gebo, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on March 14, 2016, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two previous convictions, and a felony warrant. The theft allegedly involved a sandwich and two steak burritos reportedly shoplifted from the Market Basket on Storrs Street. Gebo had a warrant out of Belknap County Superior Court from March 10 on a burglary charge. He was convicted in September 2013 in Franklin District Court on a receiving stolen property charge and on Feb. 24, in Concord District Court, for theft. Gebo was arraigned on April 25 and released to Belknap Sheriffs.
