Suncook Man Allegedly Threatens to Shoot Up Concord Hospital: Log

Police: Pajama-clad woman with prior DWI arrested again; Northfield man arrested for assault; fugitive arrested with loaded syringe.

CONCORD, NH - Thomas J. Supry, 24, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 7, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Manchester District Court for nonpayment of fines from Feb. 4. At around 10 p.m., police were sent to Beefside Restaurant on Manchester Street for a report of people walking in the middle of the street. While en route, police received another call about one of the individuals being hit by a pickup truck with a plow that then fled the scene, heading to Pembroke. One of the individuals on the side of the road – Supry – had an active warrant and was arrested.

Meghan Brown, 32, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2016, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, and driving while intoxicated. Police were sent to Sugar River Bank on Loudon Road for a report of an erratic driver who had struck a snowbank. The officer immediately recognized the woman – who was dressed in nothing but a tank top and pajama pants – as Brown, according to the report. “Brown was swaying from side to side as we spoke,” the officer alleged. “There was a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath and person as we spoke. I observed her eyes to be watery and glassy. She continued to try and scrape the ice from her windshield.” After speaking about how much she allegedly had to drink during the day, she was arrested. Brown was convicted of DWI in October 2014.

Heidi L. Jenkerson, 39, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, driver’s license prohibitions, and default or breach of bail conditions, after a traffic stop on Manchester Street after a license check on a Ford pickup. She lost her license on Jan. 29, for failure to pay a court fine and was previously convicted of operating after revocation in July 2015. Jenkerson was also arrested on Jan. 26, and released on bail.

Steven M. Rowell, 18, of Route 4 in Danbury, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2016, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to the Speedway on North Main Street for a report of a disturbance between two men with one leaving the area. One of the men – Rowell – had an active warrant out of Concord District Court for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He reportedly told officers that the other man was yelling at him and accused him of ripping him off but nothing physical happened. The other man – a homeless man – alleged that Rowell was “running his mouth,” and then, they began to argue. Rowell was then arrested.

Kristen A. Murphy, 26, of Quimby Road in Sanborton, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2016, on two felony counts of possession of controlled drugs. An officer was sent to assist U.S. Marshals in an attempt to locate Murphy on Manchester Street. She was later found at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester. She allegedly told the officer that she had syringes in her purse and one was reportedly loaded, according to the report. She also allegedly had a tablet of klonopin in a cigarette wrapper. Murphy was taken by marshals to the Valley Street Jail and will be arraigned on March 21.

Tyler M. Corey, 22, of Dakin Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 1, 2016, for false report to law enforcement from Dec. 3, 2015, at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road. He was arraigned on March 14.

Erik T. Kenneson, 29, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Police were sent to Canoe Drive for a domestic. Kenneson was reportedly outside on the curb and allegedly stated that he and a woman had an argument about some kids he spent the day with. She alleged that he got home later than she expected and decided to pack his things to leave, according to the report. During the argument, Kenneson allegedly punched a wall and ripped a closet door of its hinge, and then pushed her and she hit a wall, according to the report. The officer reportedly returned to Kenneson to speak about the incident and then, he was arrested.

Bulambo Lushagila, 55, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a stop on Fisherville Road near Mayflower. He reportedly didn’t have a license and was arrested. Lushagila was arraigned on March 14.

Dustin P. Averill, 21, a homeless man currently located in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 21, 2016, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for an alleged incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester on Dec. 21, 2015, and Rite Aid on South Street on Jan. 4, 2016. Averill was arrested at the Merrimack County House of Corrections where he was being held on another charge. He was arraigned the next day.

Ashley L. Wright, 25, of Worfield Road in Bristol, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2015, on a bench warrant and a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police were sent to Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road for a report of a shoplifter in custody who reportedly stuff nearly $64 worth of meat products and a Snapple in her purses. She had an active warrant out of Candia District Court for bail jumping and she was arrested and held on $2,00 cash bail.

Kevin M. O’Brien, 58, of Central Street in Suncook, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2015, for two counts of criminal threatening and disorderly conduct. Officers were sent to Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street for a report of a man who had reportedly threatened to shoot the place up, according to an arrest report and court affidavit. The man – O’Brien – was reportedly being escorted off the premises, according to the report. They spoke with employees and security officers about the incident. They stated that O’Brien was allegedly angry while waiting in the ER and stated, “What do I have to do, shoot somebody in here?,” and “It will only take me 10 minutes to get a gun.” Later, he allegedly stated, “I’m going to get a gun … come back in 20 minutes … and make everyone sorry,” according to the report. According to the court affidavit, O’Brien allegedly admitted to making the threats and told police he owned approximately 60 guns including handguns, submachine guns, and a .50 caliber muzzle loader. O’Brien was arrested and held on $4,000 cash bail.
