Strafford Man Indicted for Allegedly Hiding Fentanyl Syringe Between Buttocks: Court
Other indictments include Derry men on theft and drug charges, a Danville man on a rape charge, and a member of the Felony Lane Gang.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Brendon Middleton, 20, of East Broadway in Derry, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony. On May 26, 2016, he allegedly stole a wallet and envelope, both with more than $1,500 in cash, from another man in Derry.

Zachary S. Mikell, 32, of Old Coffeetown Road in Deerfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on July 25, 2016, in Salem.
Robert Morlang, 28, of Beaver Road in Strafford, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Aug. 23, 2016, he allegedly concealed a hypodermic syringe between his buttocks in Portsmouth.

Devyn Neal, 21, of Main Street in Danville, for aggravated felonious sexual assault, for allegedly digitally raping a teenager after she did not freely consent and said “no” or words to that effect on July 25, 2016, in Salem.
Victor Olivo, 50, of Eastern Avenue in Rochester, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Aug. 2, 2016, in North Hampton, he allegedly concealed bags containing substances later to be determined fentanyl and cocaine by placing the bags in his undergarments.
Samantha Parkhurst, 28, of Keene Road in Antrim, for operating a motor vehicle while deemed a habitual offender, a felony, suspension of registration of vehicle, and misuse or failure to display plates, allegedly on Hampton Road in Exeter on July 10, 2016.
Nicholas Perry, 37, pictured upper left, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, for operating a motor vehicle while deemed a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on July 25, 2016, in Londonderry.
Kimberly Phillips, 32, pictured upper right, of Grove Street in Lyndeborough, for theft by deception, identity fraud, and forgery, all felonies, involving more than $1,500, allegedly on March 7, 2016, at the Citizens Bank in Salem.
Kristen Plante, 39, of Silver Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony forgery, for allegedly defrauding Ocean State Job Lot in Portsmouth with a fake check from TD Bank on Oct. 17, 2015.
Michael Prescott, 28, of Lewis Lane in Atkinson, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, a felony, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, allegedly on Main Street in Atkinson on July 31, 2016. His license was revoked in Plaistow District Court in October 2011.
Joshua Proctor, 36, of Bedard Avenue in Derry, for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl, subsequent offense, allegedly on Aug. 14, and Aug. 29, 2016, in Derry.
Dawn Quinn, 33, of South Street in Tewksbury, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing clothing and cosmetics from JCPenny in Salem on Aug. 16, 2016. She was previously convicted twice before of theft.
