Inman Sports Complex in Edison, NJ announces Grand Opening with NJ Devil Jim Dowd and Edison Mayor Thomas Lankey!
On September 15 at Inman Sports Complex starting at 12 PM, Mayor Thomas Lankey will be present for the Grand Opening and will cut the ribbon to formally open Inman Sports Complex. Jim Dowd, retired New Jersey Devil and Stanley Cup Champion, will be available from 12 to 1:30 for pictures and autographs. There will be information on all programs available that day, as well as a free bouncy house, popcorn and cotton candy, and free swim session from 3:00-4:30pm.
Rosemarie Piperato, owner of Inman Sports Complex states “I am excited to share all that Inman has to offer to the community. It is a place that has been a part of my family for over 20 years and it has so much to offer...young and old. Our vision for Inman is to expand and grow programs and welcome more people in to our community family”.
One of the many perks of living in Edison, NJ is being within reach of the dynamic facility, Inman Sports Complex (formerly Inman Sports Club). Under new ownership, having recently been purchased by Rosemarie Piperato, Inman Sports Complex will be hosting a Grand Opening on Saturday, September 15th . The event will run from 12 noon to 5pm, giving residents of Central Jersey and beyond an opportunity to check out all that the complex has to offer.
Inman has the largest indoor roller hockey program in Central Jersey, with over 110 teams participating in all levels of play. The competition is year-round on their 190x85 foot NHL caliber board and tempered glass constructed rink. Also located indoors is their 125x145 synthetic grass and rubber pellet turf field designed for the ultimate field play experience for any sport. Summer is the time for children to unwind and play and enjoy carefree days. Inman’s Sports Camp is the perfect place to spend the summer months in our airconditioned facility and beautiful outdoor swimming pool. While here your child will gain exposure to all types of sports from swimming, to basketball and hockey, all led by an experienced Camp staff consisting of mostly teachers. When not in use the field, rink and pool are all available for rent. Inman is also home to FlexFit Fitness and Personal Training, and Edison School of Music and Dance.
