Third Fort Dix Inmate Given Extended Sentence In Child Porn Ring

Brian J. McKay previously pleaded guilty possessing hundreds of images and videos of child sexual abuse while imprisoned on similar charges.

An inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix (FCI Fort Dix) has been sentenced to an additional 13 years, four months in prison for possessing hundreds of images and videos of child sexual abuse while imprisoned on other similar charges, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.

Brian J. McKay, 47, of Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, previously pleaded guilty to an information charging him with one count of possession of child pornography.

He admitted that he had a total of 593 images and 645 videos of child pornography on two micro SD cards, according to documents filed in the case and statements made in court. Some of those images depicted children being sexually abused and sadistic and masochistic sexual conduct involving infants and toddlers. McKay also admitted sharing child pornography with another inmate.

The other four inmates who have already pleaded guilty await sentencing.

The Virginia man who was accused of leading the ring already pleaded guilty to his role in the operation. Anthony C. Jeffries, 32, of Orange, Virginia, pleaded guilty to an information charging him with one count of possession of child pornography.

Jordan T. Allen, 31, of Plain City, Ohio, pleaded guilty to an information charging him with one count of possession of child pornography.

Charles Wesley Bush, 38, of Knoxville, Tennessee, pleaded guilty to an information charging him with one count of possession of child pornography.

One inmate has been indicted in the scheme and is headed to trial next year. William H. Noble, 52, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was charged by indictment with conspiracy to receive and distribute child pornography, receipt of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and accessing child pornography with intent to view on federal property. The charges and allegations against Noble are merely accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
