Bergen County Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography
Authorities discovered images and videos of pre-pubescent children engaged in sexual acts in William Iozia's computer and other devices.

A Bergen County man was arrested Tuesday after authorities discovered images depicting child pornography while executing a court authorized search warrant on his home.
The arrest stemmed from a report that William Iozia, 47, of Lodi, possessed images depicting child pornography, specifically pre-pubescent children engaged in sexual acts, on one of his computers, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Authorities did discover images and videos of child exploitation on Iozia’s computer during the search warrant, as well as on other electronic devices, which were seized.

Iozia was charged with one count each of endangering the welfare of a child for being in possession of child pornography and aggravated assault on a police officer, according to Molinelli. Details on Iozia’s alleged assault on a police officer were not given.
Bail for Iozia was set at $15,000 with no ten percent cash alternative and restrictive Internet usage. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of bail.
