K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Ridgemont to Host “Lifestyle Pep Rally” April 27th

K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Ridgemont, a 55+ lifestyle community in
Bergen County, is hosting a “Lifestyle Pep Rally” on April 27th,
from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. in the community clubhouse. The event, which is
free and open to adults 55+, will feature informative workshops on aspects of
buying, selling and moving, from when it’s the right time to buy, to the
benefits of buying new versus buying resale, to a session on “How to Take the
Stress Out of Your Move.” Refreshments will be served and guests will be
welcome to tour the community’s model homes and clubhouse. The community is
