Join us at Powerflow Yoga Westwood for an incredible Mother's Day experience. Come find connection and harmony practicing yoga with you and your daughter. In this workshop, we will concentrate on key yoga principals and weave them into the poses to help you both find happiness and understanding of one another. Spending this quality time together will help strengthen your relationship. After unwinding in the poses, the laughter and happiness will flow. Give you and your daughter the gift of relaxation and find the tools to help maintain a loving bond between you both.
