Parking at my local library

There have two incidents of bad parking at my local library.  One was a row of cars parked on the horizontal line behind cars parked on the vertical lines and another was a car parked on the dividing lines for cars on street parking.  While at least presented a safety issue the other was a nuisance for any other car that wanted to park on the street.  This needs attention.
