Join us THIS SATURDAY, June 21st 11:30am to 1:30pm for a special yoga event to welcome summer. Our very own Denise Egan will be leading class, focusing on sun salutations. We will have LIVE music during class and our garage doors open! This is a FREE event, so come join the fun! Bring your mat, we have some if you need. Save the date and stop by THIS Saturday at Powerflow Yoga in Westwood. We will be accepting any donations for Veterans Yoga Project. We will have refreshments after class. Registration not required. Room will not be heated.
