WATCH: Serial Robber Caught on Video Holding Up Subway Shop
The knife-wielding robber has now also been linked to a fourth robbery in Suffolk County.
A knife-wielding robber continues to terrorize businesses across Long Island, with the latest robbery occurring Wednesday night in North Lindenhurst.
According to police, the man entered the Subway shop located at 66 Sunrise Highway around 9:45 p.m. and threatened an employee with a knife. The man took the drawer from the cash register and then fled.
Suffolk Police said detectives have determined that the robbery is part of the pattern of knifepoint robberies that have occurred in both Suffolk and Nassau counties since the beginning of March.

Suffolk Police have not released a description of the robber, whose latest robbery came just hours after Nassau Police announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to his capture, but he was described as black, about 25-years-old, 6-feet tall and around 170 pounds following previous robberies.

He has now robbed three businesses over a three-day period this week. Most of the robberies have occurred in Nassau.
“We are very, very concerned,” Nassau County Det. Richard LeBrun said, according to a CBS 2 report. “He is becoming more brazen and he needs to be captured and apprehended by the police.”
