More Reliable LIRR Service Coming Soon: Speonk to Montauk Signalization Project Contract Awarded

More reliable service could be coming to LIRR stations on the east end.  Montauk Branch customers--and people who take the train out to the east end in the summer--frequently suffer from bad train delays when the huge crowds and summer heat delay trains.  However, last month the LIRR awarded a contract for the Speonk to Montauk Signalization project, which will bring more reliable service to the island's east end.
