Police: Amagansett Man Arrested on DWI Charge

East Hampton Town Police arrested an Amagansett man on a DWI charge in Montauk last Thursday, according to The East Hampton Star.

Robert J. Badkin, 51, was pulled over by police near his business on Edgemere Street, according to The East Hampton Star.

After Badkin failed roadside sobriety tests, he was taken back to the Wainscott headquarters, The East Hampton Star reports.

He took a breathalyzer test, which recorded a blood alcohol content of .12, The East Hampton Star reports.
