Hockey Game to Raise Funds for Fallen Inwood Firefighter
Game is Saturday at Nassau Coliseum.

The Nassau County PBA Hockey Team is holding a charity game this weekend for an Inwood firefighter who died in December.
The game, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. at Nassau Coliseum, will honor the memory of Joseph Sanford Jr.
Sanford was a 17-year veteran of the Inwood Fire Department when he died in December. While responding to a house fire in Woodmere, Sanford fell through the first floor and went into cardiac arrest. He never regained consciousness and died several days later.
