  • An incident of petty larceny was reported on 49th Street on Nov. 27
  • An incident of grand larceny was reported on Jackson Avenue on Nov. 28
  • An incident of grand larceny was reported on 45th Street on Nov. 27
  • An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Herzel Boulevard on Nov. 25
  • An incident of harassment was reported on 40th Street on Nov. 26
  • An incident of criminal mischief was reported on 41st Street on Nov. 26

Arrests

  • Andrew Eberhardt, 24, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Lindenhurst on Dec. 3 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
  • Phillip Geremia, 26, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Dec. 3 on four counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Nicholas Lupinacci, 23, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Babylon on Nov. 29 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Roger Bonilla, 18, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Nov. 29 on a charge of first degree rape
  • James Park, 28, of N. Lindenhurst, was arrested in Lindenhurst on Nov. 24 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • Thomas Montuori, 32, of West Babylon, was arrested in Hauppauge on Nov. 25 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
