LBPD: DWI, Hit-and-Run Charges in Long Beach Last Week

Long Beach Police reported the following information. Charges are merely accusations and do not imply guilt.

• March 16: Michael Farris, 21, of Poestenkill, NY, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
• March 18: Paul Silvio, 32, of Island Park, charged with DWI and DWI with prior conviction.
• March 22: Raymond Quinn, 43, of Long Beach, charged with DWAI, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, criminal possession of marijuana, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• March 22: Dagney Cruz, 25, of Long Beach, charged with DWI.
• March 22: Lachance Bryant, 30, of Long Beach, charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana.
• March 23: John Jackson, 24, of Long Beach, charged with DWI, DWAI, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
