LBPD: DWI, Hit-and-Run Charges in Long Beach Last Week
Long Beach Police report on arrests in the area.

Long Beach Police reported the following information. Charges are merely accusations and do not imply guilt.
- March 16: Michael Farris, 21, of Poestenkill, NY, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
- March 18: Paul Silvio, 32, of Island Park, charged with DWI and DWI with prior conviction.
- March 22: Raymond Quinn, 43, of Long Beach, charged with DWAI, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, criminal possession of marijuana, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- March 22: Dagney Cruz, 25, of Long Beach, charged with DWI.
- March 22: Lachance Bryant, 30, of Long Beach, charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana.
- March 23: John Jackson, 24, of Long Beach, charged with DWI, DWAI, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
